Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026. What gonzaleztaxes.com collects, why, and who sees it.
This policy covers the website gonzaleztaxes.com, run for Gonzalez Tax Service and Insurance, LLC (“we”) at 4000 N 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85015. It does not cover the tax, insurance or MVD paperwork you bring to our office. That information is handled at the office under the rules that apply to tax preparers and insurance agencies.
What we collect
Contact form. When you send a question, we receive what you type: your first and last name, phone, email (optional), how you prefer to be contacted, the service you ask about and your message. The form emails it to our office, and a backup copy is kept on our web server so no request gets lost. The form also records your IP address to block spam.
Chat assistant. The chat on this site is an AI assistant, not a person. To write each answer, your messages are sent to the AI service that powers it (Anthropic). Chat conversations are logged and kept for up to 12 months, then deleted automatically. If you give your name and phone or email in the chat, that request is sent to our office by email so we can contact you. The chat is run for us by our web company, CQ Web Services, which can see the chat logs to keep the assistant working. Please don’t type your Social Security number, card or bank numbers, passwords or tax documents in the chat.
Server logs. Our hosting company keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and to keep the site running.
Your browser. The site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your own browser. We don’t use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels. The map on our home and contact pages is from Google Maps, and Google receives your IP address when it loads.
How we use it
Only to answer your question, call, text or email you back about your request (you agree to this when you send the form), and give you the service you ask for. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to a marketing list without asking.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to run this website: our web company (CQ Web Services), our web host (Hostinger), our email provider, and the AI service behind the chat (Anthropic). Each handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Sensitive information
This website never asks for your Social Security number, ITIN, driver license number, bank account or card numbers. Please don’t send them through the contact form or the chat. Bring them to the office or call us at (602) 241-8681.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information this website collected about you, including chat logs. Call (602) 241-8681 or email gtax4000@gmail.com.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13 through it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
