Motor Vehicle (MVD) Services in Phoenix
An authorized third-party Arizona MVD provider — what most people call the DMV — right on 19th Avenue. Registration, titles and plates, without the trip downtown.
What we can handle
Vehicle paperwork, done in one stop
Most people find us because they need plates or a registration and don't want to spend a morning waiting. Because we also write insurance here, a lot of visits that would have been two errands turn into one.
- Vehicle registration — new registrations and renewals
- Registration renewal — including renewals that came due while you were away
- Titles and title transfers — buying, selling, or paying off a vehicle
- License plates — issuing plates and tabs
- Insurance in the same visit — get covered and registered without a second trip
Before you come in
Call first — it saves you a second trip
Every motor vehicle transaction has its own document list, and the fastest way to get it right is a two-minute phone call before you drive over.
Generally, bring:
- Photo identification
- The vehicle title or current registration
- Proof of Arizona insurance (we can help with this here)
- Bill of sale or lien release, if the vehicle was just purchased or paid off
- The vehicle itself, if an inspection is required

Common questions
About third-party MVD service
No. Arizona's motor vehicle agency is the MVD, part of the Arizona Department of Transportation. We are an authorized third-party provider — a private business the state permits to handle certain motor vehicle transactions. We are not a government office and we are not ADOT or the MVD.
Convenience. Third-party offices are usually far less crowded, and you can handle insurance and registration in the same visit. The trade-off is a third-party service fee on top of the state's fees — we'll tell you what that is before we start.
Yes. As an authorized third-party provider we charge a service fee in addition to the state fees the MVD sets. That's how third-party offices operate statewide. Ask us for the amount up front and there won't be a surprise.
It depends on the transaction, so call before you drive over — (602) 264-0909. Generally: photo ID, the vehicle's title or current registration, proof of Arizona insurance, and the lien or sale paperwork if the vehicle was just bought or paid off. One phone call beats a second trip.
Arizona third-party providers are authorized for different sets of transactions, and not every office handles licenses and ID cards. Please call before coming in for one, and we'll tell you either way.
